BiographY

Jeremiah Levine has been a successful first chair trial lawyer for more than a decade. In addition to leading victorious trial teams, Jeremiah has run successful internal investigations and achieved cost-saving prelitigation wins for his clients.

Before co-founding Procel Levine, Jeremiah was a federal prosecutor. As a federal prosecutor, he indicted the largest white supremacist case in the history of the Justice Department. This required managing a team of hundreds to achieve an on-time success. Jeremiah also prosecuted white collar crime, including bank fraud and COVID benefits fraud. Before serving as a federal prosecutor, Jeremiah was a litigation associate at Morrison & Foerster and an honors intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Jeremiah has achieved client victories at all phases of investigation and litigation. This includes on-time, under-budget internal investigations; dismissal of government investigations before charges; not guilty verdicts at trial for corporate defendants; and victories following oral argument at the Ninth Circuit and California state courts of appeal.

Jeremiah graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Diplomacy, cum laude, from Occidental College.
